First response from my landlord is they're not sure if they would consent to me selling from site.

    Not really but it's an industrial unit. I've said I'll send him a full copy of the license application and plans so they can see what I'm proposing to do. 8 big letters going in the post tomorrow, might be a bit optimistic asking for my license start date to be 1st December!
